Top 15 Pavilions you Must Visit at Dubai Expo 2020

Dubai Expo 2020 is definitely the hottest event in the UAE. Here I am sharing a list of the biggest pavilions to visit at Dubai Expo 2020. If you try to visit as many sites as you can in a day, it will become excessive. After running through dozens of pavilions, things start to look the same - including flashing LED screens, CGI, technology, robots, sounds, pictures, and information displays.

1.UAE pavilion

The UAE pavilion displays a series of exhibitions representing Emirati culture, as well as the history of the country and the story of its leaders and their perspectives. The celebration of the nation begins even before entering the pavilion - there are Al-Ghaf trees planted around the pavilion. Al-Ghaf is the UAE's national tree that survives drought, has a historical and cultural symbol of stability and peace, and can withstand the heat of summer.

UAE Pavilion at Dubai Expo 2020

Inside the pavilion, visitors begin their tour on a floor with sand-covered corners to reflect the desert landscape of the country, and visitors can experience the rich cultural heritage of the country and its aspirations for the future. It is part of the UAE's efforts to create a prosperous and peaceful society for the future. Laser projectors displaying pictures and videos of the late Sheikh Zayed bin Sultan Al-Nahyan, the founding father of the emirate, reflected his voice in the sand. In one corner of the room, called the Cross Roads Area, stands a structure decorated with lights and objects.

Visitors enter the next room on a journey featuring large screens displaying images of UAE culture. Finally, people enter the theater to see a short animation about the Gulf country. Audiences are engaged in normal sound and vision, and experience a sense of movement as their chairs move in line with the sites and sounds placed in front of them on the screen.

The 28 movable wings can open and rotate 110 to 125 degrees. The eye-catching roof is also designed to store energy through integrated photovoltaic panels. The pavilion is LEED Platinum certified in accordance with Dubai Green Building Regulations and Specifications. The pavilion is highly energy efficient, incorporating elements and features designed for sustainability. The 15,000-square-foot pavilion includes an auditorium, food and beverage outlets and VIP lounges.
