The mall opened on 17 February 2022. Dubai Hills Mall is owned and operated by Emaar Malls, a subsidiary of Emaar Properties. The Dubai Hills Estate is one of the first stages in the development of Mohammed bin Rashid City (MBR City) and is the primary regional mall in the Dubai Hills Mall area.

How to Reach 

The Dubai Metro does not connect to the mall. The nearest station is the Mall of the Emirates metro station. There are 3 ways to get from Mall of the Emirates Bus Station to Dubai Hills by bus, taxi or car. The fastest way to get from Mall of the Emirates Bus Station to Dubai Hills is to taxi which costs AED 27 - AED 35 and takes 26 min. 

The most affordable way to get from Mall of the Emirates Bus Station to Dubai Hills is to drive, which costs AED 2 - AED 4 and takes 26 min. Dubai RTA Bus operates a bus from Mall of the Emirates Bus Station 2 to Al Barsha South 1, Mohammed Bin Rashid Housing A-1 every 30 minutes. Tickets cost AED 3 - AED 5 and the journey takes 18 min.
